The Loss Prevention Specialist is responsible for reviewing incident reports, video footage, and exception-based reporting to identify risks related to theft,

This role supports internal investigations by analyzing data, fulfilling video requests, and documenting findings in alignment with company policies and cannabis regulations.

The specialist partners with Operations, HR, and Compliance teams to resolve issues, mitigate loss, and strengthen overall controls.

Review and investigate incident reports involving theft, customer issues, safety, and policy violations
