Responsibilities
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of production associates to meet daily operational goals in safety, quality, and productivity. This role ensures efficient workflow, fosters continuous improvement, and maintains compliance with company policies and procedures. The supervisor will work closely with cross-functional teams including maintenance, materials planning, and engineering to support cabinet and component production.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including PPE usage and plant-specific rules.
Lead and coach production associates, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Monitor and adjust production schedules in coordination with planning and materials teams.
