Requirements
2+ years of experience in commercial real estate or a related professional services environment is required
Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions, including legal requirements, documentation, and industry practices
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, brokers, and other parties involved in transactions is vital for the team’s success.
Responsibilities
Transaction & Deal Management
Listing Agreements Management: Create and manage the listing agreement process with clients
Timeline Management: Oversee and track transaction timelines, ensuring all deliverables and milestones are met
Client and Broker Support: Assist brokers in cultivating and strengthening client and broker relationships through proactive support and communication
Due Diligence: Organize, manage, and distribute due diligence materials, including environmental reports, appraisals, title documentation, and leases
Documentation: Draft offers, purchase and sale agreements, transaction notices, and related correspondence
Team
Document & Records Management: Maintain organized, accurate records for transactions, clients, and office operations
Expense Reporting & Budget Tracking: Prepare and track expense reports and support basic budget monitoring
Meeting & Event Planning: Coordinate meetings, presentations, and team or client events, including logistics and materials
Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding activities for new team members, including coordination and documentation
CRM & Database Support: Maintain CRM systems and databases to ensure accurate, up-to-date information
Vendor & Contract Coordination: Liaise with vendors and manage contracts and service agreements as needed
