Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration preferred
1+ years experience working with procurement
Familiarity with sourcing, contracting, and vendor management
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a knack for written and in-person communication
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
The salary range for this role is $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs)

Responsibilities
The Procurement Associate will assist with entering new vendor contracts into Privia’s contract management system for review, ensuring vendor has an acceptable exclusion report, and that documents are properly completed, tagged, linked to related documents, set to track end date, and issued for approval.
Additionally, upon request, Procurement Associate will draft and facilitate execution of Business Associate Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Third Party Access Agreements.
As needed, Procurement Associate will draft simple agreement amendments, for example, term extension amendments, and facilitate execution.
The Procurement Associate will collaborate with Privia’s Operations Team, care centers, and vendors to support growth of care center cost savings related to discounted pricing for medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals, and other goods and services. Related responsibilities include: management of participation reports; calls with new Operations Team members and care centers to discuss available savings opportunities; recurring calls with vendors to manage status around contract linking and cost savings analyses completion.
