Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in multi-family and residential install repairs according to local codes and safety standards.

Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify electrical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.

Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless coordination of electrical work within multi-family residential projects.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to effectively execute electrical tasks.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians as needed.
