Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Technology, or related fields (MBA preferred).

10+ years of senior leadership experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of delivering growth across a multi-national region (ideally EMEA).

Demonstrated expertise in driving operational excellence initiatives across business verticals, coupled with strong process optimization skills.

Experience building and scaling AI-specific sales initiatives or working in adjacent areas of AI/ML technologies is highly desirable.

Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration, and drive accountability at all levels.

Strong enterprise sales understanding with expertise in developing solutions for complex customer demands.

Responsibilities

1. Regional Operational Excellence

Own and drive operational excellence initiatives across all F5 business lines in the EMEA region (not limited to AI), focusing on process optimization and efficiency.

Define and implement best practices in regional sales execution around forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, quota attainment, and funnel conversion.

Streamline business processes, scalability, and tools across EMEA to ensure alignment on strategies, execution, and customer satisfaction.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (including marketing, customer success, delivery, and finance) to develop initiatives that enhance customer engagement and business results.

Monitor and analyze operational metrics region-wide to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement corrective measures.
