Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
4–8 years of relevant experience in a strategy consulting firm, product marketing, marketing strategy, or commercial/business analytics role at a tech or platform company.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — comfortable working with data, extracting insights, and building a narrative around them.
A test-and-learn mindset — you default to validate assumptions with data rather than relying on intuition.
Proven project management skills — able to drive initiatives from concept to delivery across multiple teams and competing priorities.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analyses clearly to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a
Content Strategy & Insights Manager
to lead how we use data to tell stories that drive partner engagement and commercial outcomes.
This is not a traditional content creation role. You will work with senior stakeholders across commercial, product, and regional teams to identify what data and insights partners need to hear and shape that into content and product marketing strategy that moves them to act. Whether that means deepening an existing partner's engagement with Agoda or making the case a prospective one, the goal is the same: turn data into a narrative that drives a commercial result.
You will work closely with analytics and AI/engineering teams to build and ship AI-powered content products — from concept through to execution. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, product marketing, data, and cross-functional collaboration.
