Project Worker - Cleaner

Ability to lift, push and pull required load (up to 50lbs)

Ability to use auto scrubbers, burnishers, carpet cleaning equipment, & tucker pole

Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment

Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System

Ability to read & understand labels & instructions

Clean and care for building and facilities ensuring they are maintained in a safe and healthy manner;

Must be able to utilize heavy machinery to diligently wax and strip floors;

Must have intermediate to advanced knowledge of chemical usage;

Maintain storage areas and cleaning equipment, materials and supplies in a safe and orderly manner in order to ensure the safety of all stand an the public;

Secure storage areas;

Ensure cleaning materials/supplies are stored in a safe and orderly manner;
