Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Sales Operations serves as the operational and analytical backbone of the North America sales organization.

This role is responsible for leading a team focused on forecasting, reporting, dashboard development and maintenance, business analysis, door performance, wholesale account planning, sales platform administration, and cross-functional coordination that enables effective commercial execution.

Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations, this individual transforms data into actionable insights, improves business processes, and helps drive alignment between Sales, Planning, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.
