Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant sales and leadership experience.
Demonstrated success engaging executive and C-suite stakeholders, including private equity sponsors, platform leadership teams, or other large strategic customers.
Strong understanding of the ASC market, including management company models, physician alignment, and site-of-service dynamics.
Broad commercial experience and comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare market, including enterprise partnerships and complex deal structures.

This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic engagement with private equity and ASC management organizations to support enterprise growth priorities and deliver business results.
Develop and execute partnership strategies that support de novo expansion, acquisition activity, and portfolio adoption across ASC platforms.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including private equity sponsors, platform executives, and development leaders, to align Medtronic solutions with customer growth objectives.
Partner across operating units including leadership, field teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver coordinated solutions that support ASC platform performance, scalability, and long-term value.
Assess market trends, investment activity, customer priorities, and competitive dynamics to identify strategic opportunities and inform business planning.
Cultivate senior-level relationships across management organizations and affiliated centers to identify, develop, and advance new business opportunities.
