Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure roles, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Proficiency in AWS services and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins).
Experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog) and troubleshooting complex systems.

Responsibilities
The
Cloud Engineering Manager
oversees the daily operations of the Infrastructure Engineering team, ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of Docebo’s cloud infrastructure.
This role combines hands-on technical work with team supervision, providing guidance to engineers, setting priorities, and ensuring the timely delivery of cloud projects. The supervisor collaborates with cross-functional teams to align cloud infrastructure initiatives with organizational goals.
