ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is $57.69 to $62.50 an hour, overtime eligible; $120,000 - $130,000 annualized, based on a standard 40-hour workweek for 52 weeks.
Responsibilities
Serve as a true business partner to the Head of Studio, ensuring seamless flow of day-to-day activities and anticipating needs before they arise
Drive relationship management by tracking and strategically planning engagement with internal stakeholders, external partners, and the broader ICONIQ community
Seamlessly coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, meals, vendors, and lodging
Continually create and improve systems and processes around team functionality and operating cadence
Send and track gifts, mailings, and other touchpoints
Manage and process monthly expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
