Responsibilities
The GTM Compensation and Insights Manager owns the design, administration, and analysis of Temporal's sales compensation programs.
Reporting to the Director of GTM Strategy and Analytics, you'll run the monthly commission process end to end, design and manage SPIFs and comp plans across the GTM org, and develop the compensation policies that keep our incentive structures fair, scalable, and aligned to the business.
You'll also own the analytics that tell us whether our comp programs are working — from rep-level attainment to windfall risk — and lead the evaluation of commission tooling as we scale.
This role is ideal for a sales compensation or comp operations professional who combines process rigor with strong analytical instincts, and who's comfortable owning a deadline-driven, high-visibility process each month.
