Senior Project & Manufacturing Engineer Manager

This role demands a proven leader who can flawlessly guide product development and new product introductions.

Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and technical requirements.

Act as the senior technical lead for new product builds, providing feedback on manufacturability and serviceability.

Monitor budgets, manage costs, and identify savings opportunities.

Identify risks and ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and suppliers.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering

10+ years in Manufacturing Engineering.

Proven success in delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

Experience managing vendor and supplier contracts.

Proficiency in ERP systems, project management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, production schedules, and important metrics.
