Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical project or program management, with a specific focus on delivering cloud-based solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and external consulting partners to drive on-time delivery.
2+ years of experience directly configuring and building conversational AI agents (in GCP or other software platforms).
Strong understanding of A2A architecture, with preferred direct experience implementing custom A2A integration workflows.
Professional certifications in Cloud Architecture (Google Cloud Professional preferred)
Specialized AI/ML credentials a plus
Responsibilities
Partner with external consulting teams (including Deloitte) to manage project plans, monitor progress, and ensure key milestones are met for platform development initiatives.
Serve as the lead service manager for custom AI projects built on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring operational stability and alignment with strategic business objectives.
Lead requirement gathering sessions by asking insightful, curious questions to translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications.
Oversee end-to-end development of custom applications on GCP, leveraging services like Dialogflow CX, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Storage ("knowing how the sausage is made").
Proactively prototype and deploy chatbots using other native GCP conversational and generative AI suites (such as Vertex AI Agent Builder or Gemini models) to evaluate new capabilities.
Proven track record managing projects on GCP, demonstrating a strong understanding of cloud development lifecycles.
