Compensation & Benefits

Juno Veterinary is committed to compensating our team members fairly, competitively and with clarity to support you in your growth! This role has a salary compensation range of $80,000 to $105,000 per year. There is a bonus component applicable for this role that presents the opportunity for additional earnings on top of your salary starting at 10%. We’re going to keep it real with you. This range reflects the variations in experience and skillset an individual could possess within this role, as well as the growth and experience that would be needed to meet the top end of the range. (i.e., from building your skills, to becoming accomplished, to being highly proficient, all the way to achieving excellence in this role)

It's also possible to join Juno at a salary/wage above this range, which would mean you are at the very top end of experience and knowledge or perhaps you are someone who  is currently working with Juno and has had the opportunity to make a significant and positive impact on our patients and our community and is thriving while doing it.

This role is located in Toronto at our Liberty Village clinic and reports directly to the Clinic Operations Lead. This role is a result of Juno's growth and a new opportunity.

Responsibilities

Juno Practice Managers; They are the weather makers.

Our PMs ensure the clinic is operating optimally across all people, functions, care and member experience.

They partner with our Lead Veterinarians, leading the team to create an environment of collaboration and cohesiveness.

A Juno Practice Manager has a focus on people, ensuring the clinic has the right people in the right roles and guides the development and fostering of skills that will support in building a dynamic and effective team.

Empowering the clinic team to deliver an exceptional member experience

Drive performance of the clinic by managing all aspects of its P&L including operational performance in support of financial objectives

Team

The ability to create a sense of belonging and strong team morale

The ability to create trust among team members and gain confidence of others through connection, integrity, and authenticity

Experience in managing labor plans and budgets and the ability to problem solve efficiently & effectively

Experience in reading clinic P&Ls, including budget, forecasting, and variance reporting

A collaborative go-getter attitude who is willing to roll-up your sleeves and be hands-on

High emotional intelligence and a leader when it comes to being adaptable and flexible to the needs of the team, members and business
