Responsibilities

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client success.

Oversee the delivery of client implementation from kick off through to go live.

Standardize project planning, resource management, and delivery frameworks.

Design and maintain scalable project management methodologies, tools and templates.

Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and customer outcomes.

Partner with Sales to ensure smooth project handoffs after contract signing.
