Accounting Manager

6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of month-end close

Experience with ERP systems; experience supporting or leading an ERP implementation required

High attention to detail with a preventative, not reactive, approach to accounting operations

Big 4 or large regional public accounting experience

Experience in a SaaS or technology company environment

Familiarity with Bill.com, Expensify, or Stripe, or other similar AP and expense tools

The base salary for this position will vary based on several factors, such as relevant experience, location and your approved internal leveling assessed during the interview process. The base salary range for this role is $145,000 - $165,000. Salary is one component of our total compensation package. This position also qualifies for equity (i.e. stock options) and is eligible for discretionary bonuses based on performance.

The benefits available for this position include flexible time off, a 401K retirement plan, insurance (medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short and long term disability), and 11 paid holidays. In this role, you will own the day-to-day accounting function end-to-end — from close sequencing and balance sheet integrity to process improvement and systems optimization.

You will operate with a high degree of independence, and will be a critical force multiplier for a lean, automation-first accounting team.
