Senior NPI Program Manager

5+ years of factory operations management and/or program management

Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently.

Be reliable in executing and delivering results.

Experience and strong understanding of basic engineering principles and development.

Understand and communicate complex, technical/Engineering issues.

The NPI team is driving factory readiness to ensure that new products can be built at scale with high yield and low cost.

You will be exposed to a wide range of functional teams and activities to develop cutting edge products and processes from start to finish while balancing complex tradeoffs.

You will need to be agile, adaptive and creative to find the best solutions for the most critical products – to get to the best products in the market.
