Requirements
Bachelor’s in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or a related degree. At least two years of additional relative experience, including demonstrated leadership, in lieu of a degree will also be considered.
3-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, including 1+ years in a formal or informal leadership role.
Experience with takt time, standard work, visual management, and daily tier meetings.
Demonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility; highly promotable with the potential to take on broader leadership roles within a fast-paced, high-growth organization
Proficiency in basic digital tools (ERP, Excel, production dashboards).
Strong people leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
The Operations Supervisor is a first-line people leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of a defined production area (e.g., Framing, Assembly, Integration, Test, or Fabrication). The WCS ensures that all teams operate safely, meet takt time and schedule targets, and deliver high-quality output in alignment with KPIs. This role manages multiple Team Leads and Operators and partners closely with the Operations Manager to identify constraints, support continuous improvement, and maintain flow across the work center.
Please note: This position requires 100% in-office presence in our Jacksonville locations and does not offer remote work.
Lead daily execution of production activities in the assigned work center to meet or exceed safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets.
Supervise, coach, and evaluate Team Leads and Operators, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.
Ensure adherence to daily build schedules and takt time; escalate risks to production targets to the Operations Manager.
