Professional Services Associate is a key member of the Partner Success Professional Services team, supporting the development, governance, and continuous improvement of the services we provide to our global partners.

Working closely with our subject matter experts across multiple disciplines, you will help turn operational expertise into repeatable, high-quality service offerings.

You will coordinate strategic initiatives, maintain governance processes, manage knowledge and documentation, and ensure the team has the tools and information needed to deliver consistently excellent outcomes.

The role offers broad exposure to operations, programme management, and service model design and implementation, making it an excellent platform for future career development within Ocado.

Manage the Professional Services Work Package portfolio, maintaining governance, tracking delivery progress and ensuring risks and dependencies are identified and escalated appropriately.

Support the development of  new Professional Services Work Packages by transforming subject matter expertise into structured, repeatable service offerings.
