Digital Growth Specialist: Accra

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing, or a related field

Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Meta, TikTok Ads, etc

Familiarity with AI tools and their application in marketing, automation, and campaign optimization

Solid understanding of SEO principles and organic growth strategies

Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools

Experience managing or optimizing websites and digital user journeys

We are seeking a highly driven

Digital Growth Specialist

to lead and execute our digital growth strategy across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data driven digital marketing initiatives that accelerate growth, increase engagement, and improve conversion across our digital channels.

The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with proven experience in performance marketing tools, SEO, paid advertising, and website optimization. They should demonstrate a clear creative instinct for campaigns, messaging, and content, and be well-versed in using AI and legacy technology for growth marketing.
