Ops Manager (India)

Strong analytical competencies, with experience working with datasets and deriving relevant insights with the use of data exploration or analysis techniques.

Availability for regular travel to remote agricultural regions in coffee-producing areas in India, and potentially other countries in Asia.

Operations Management:

This includes creating budgets and contracts, coordinating field logistics and managing field teams, cultivating stakeholder relationships, developing a deep understanding of the landscape, and generating / executing any new opportunities in India.

They should engage stakeholders effectively, and be able to cultivate / build relationships independently.

Data Analysis and Insights

: Together with the Data and Insights team, they will oversee field team training and data quality processes, ensuring a high quality of data collected during field work.

They will support the process of insights generation, and conduct data analysis projects to improve Enveritas’ understanding of coffee industry dynamics in India.
