10+ years of experience in UX design and strategy.

As Head of User Experience (UX) at Wynn, you will be responsible for defining and driving the overall user experience strategy and vision for our company.

You will lead and manage a team of UX designers to create innovative and engaging user experiences across our products and services.

You will also be responsible for managing budgets and resources and communicating with stakeholders about the progress and impact of UX efforts.

Recruit, hire, and train UX designers to ensure that the team has the skills and expertise necessary to deliver best-in-class user experiences.

Define roles and responsibilities of each team member to ensure that everyone knows what is expected of them.

Manage and oversee all research and design efforts to understand guest needs, preferences, and pain points, and use this information to inform UX decisions.
