Product Design Manager, Platform

Experience managing and developing product designers, including performance feedback, coaching, hiring, and elevating the team’s bar

Strong design craft across visual, interaction, and UX, with a focus on clarity, utility, delight..

Strong systems thinking and comfort designing for scale and long-term evolution rather than one-off solutions.

Deep understanding of the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research through high-fidelity execution and delivery.

Proven ability to partner closely with Product and Engineering on technically complex initiatives.

Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping teams find clarity in fast-moving environments.

Set the vision and direction for platform design in close partnership with Product and Engineering leaders. Define clear outcomes and ensure work supports long-term company goals.

Manage and mentor a team of product designers. Provide regular feedback, support career development, and help the team operate with clarity and focus.

Guide the design of foundational concepts, patterns, and frameworks that enable scalability, flexibility, and extensibility across Boulevard’s ecosystem.

Help evolve the platform to support:

Upmarket customers with complex workflows, permissions, and operational needs.
