Alignment Scientist/Engineer

Experience with ML research, alignment research, or both

You care about AI alignment and believe meaningful progress on the problem is possible

Strong Python skills and experience building, training, or evaluating deep learning models (NLP, vision, or LLMs)

Experience calling AI model APIs via REST or client libraries

Eager to use AI tools and automate everything you can

Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
