Requirements

Responsibilities
The Director of Engineering provides strategic and operational leadership for engineering teams supporting classified and unclassified government programs.
This role ensures the delivery of technically sound, compliant, and mission‑critical solutions in accordance with contract requirements, security regulations, and customer expectations.
The Director of Engineering partners closely with Program Management, Operations, Quality, Security, and Business Development to execute programs, grow technical capabilities, and support new business opportunities.
