Responsibilities
We are seeking a curious, resourceful, and detail-oriented Student Intern to join the PMO team for a part-time, 4-week internship focused on AI prompt development and agent creation using Copilot.
In this role, you will help design and improve prompts and lightweight AI agents that support PMO workflows across data ecosystems, making project information easier to access, summarize, and act on.
This is a great opportunity for a student who enjoys learning quickly, experimenting thoughtfully, and turning business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions.
Write, test, and refine AI prompts that support PMO use cases such as project updates, status summaries, risk tracking, action item follow-up, meeting preparation, and documentation
Help create and organize Copilot-based agents that support PMO processes across data ecosystems
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for quality, clarity, usefulness, and consistency, and recommend improvements based on testing results
