Principal HR Business Partner (Chicago)

Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on learning program effectiveness & to work with data to identify patterns and generate actionable insights.

Experience in designing and delivering learning programs across different employee demographics and an understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is a plus.

The objective of this role is to support organizational capability-building initiatives by assisting in the design, development, and implementation of impactful learning solutions.

As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with team members of the PDP team, business stakeholders, Agoda & Booking Holdings Brand companies leadership to support learning programs, analyze learning needs, and ensure effective execution of development initiatives.

This role will allow you to gain exposure to business challenges while contributing to the growth of employees and teams through structured learning solutions.
