Strong knowledge of Windows client operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, and later versions)

Experience supporting mobile computing technologies, including Android and iOS devices

Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including switching, routing, and wireless technologies

Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices

Experience with backup, restore, and system reimaging software and processes

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $90,000.00 - $112,500.00
