Ensure a zero-incident culture by implementing safety protocols, regulatory requirements (OSHA, FDA, etc.), and environmental compliance. Ensure all manufacturing processes align with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.

Recruit, hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing manufacturing team, including production, quality, supply chain, and engineering personnel to build a high-performing, accountable culture.

Champion Lean principles (Value Stream Analysis, Rapid Improvement Events (RIE), SMED, 5S, etc.) to eliminate non-value-added activities and reduce waste.

Monitor and improve important metrics such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), productivity, scrap, and labor efficiency. Use Basic Problem Solving and Root Cause Countermeasure as appropriate to address opportunities.
