3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing
Experience supporting or managing multi-channel campaigns, content calendars, or candidate-facing content
Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools and interest in segmentation, nurture campaigns, and campaign reporting
Comfort using performance data to evaluate results and identify opportunities to improve
Responsibilities
Support and evolve our global employer brand narrative, content calendar, and content library, helping produce candidate-facing content and assets that authentically reflect our culture to scale across teams and regions
Optimize recruiting marketing content and campaigns across our careers site, LinkedIn, and job board partners to support a consistent candidate experience.
Track and analyze campaign performance across key metrics (application rate, click-to-apply, career site traffic, offer acceptance rates, social engagement) and continuously optimize based on data.
Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to support priority hiring needs through targeted campaigns, content, and candidate engagement programs.
Partner with Marketing and Communications to leverage corporate brand assets, channels, and storytelling frameworks ensuring recruitment marketing is consistent with and amplified by the broader brand.
Contribute to quarterly program reviews by sharing performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for future optimization.
