Design System Designer

Strong experience using Figma

Solid understanding of Design Tokens

Knowledge of HTML & CSS to support technical conversations

Strong ability to produce clear, structured documentation and specifications

Confident in driving Design System decision-making and guiding technical discussions

What you can expect from us

You’ll play a key role in contributing to and evolving our established Design System. With foundations, architecture, and token structures already in place, you'll focus on scaling, documenting, and building components that support product teams across dunnhumby.

You will:

Create and evolve high quality UI components

Write clear specifications, guidelines, and documentation

Partner closely with designers and developers to ensure high quality implementation

Support decision making and drive best practices across the Design System
