Requirements

5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including exposure to building or scaling TA processes, ideally in a standalone, carve-out, or high-growth/start-up environment

Experience supporting selection or implementation of ATS and other recruiting technology, including familiarity with AI-driven recruiting tools (sourcing, screening, candidate matching).

Vendor management experience, including RPO, staffing agencies, or recruiting technology providers.

Experience in a print, manufacturing, publishing, or similar industrial/commercial B2B environment, preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Manager, Talent Acquisition will help build and lead Omni's Talent Acquisition (TA) function, supporting the design of recruiting processes, technology, and vendor strategy under the direction of the VP, HR.

This role contributes to the operational backbone of TA — including applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing strategies, employer branding, and recruiting workflows — while simultaneously delivering on active hiring needs across a globally distributed, multi-country workforce.

Support & Help Build the TA Function

Support evaluation and implementation of core TA technology (ATS, sourcing tools, CRM, background check/assessment platforms), including AI-enabled sourcing and screening tools, in partnership with HR leadership.

Contribute recommendations to a "buy vs.

build" framework for which recruiting services and tools should be handled in-house versus outsourced to RPO/staffing partners.
