Provide daily, weekly, monthly equipment & instrumentation scheduled maintenance services for laboratory equipment.

Collaborate with cross-departmental teams (including IT resources, Procurement, Operations, QA) to facilitate integration of necessary systems and inventory establishment.

Support new laboratory sites with on-site support during go-live.

Recommend and assist in refining & improving Operations Support functions.

Perform validation testing studies as part of laboratory expansion and other strategic priority projects

Participate in and/or lead quality improvement or other strategic priority projects across the organization as appropriate.
