Residential Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) - Developmental Disabilities Services

Associates degree in Nursing or equivalent

Experience working with adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities injuries

Valid Massachusetts drivers license

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse

MAP certification preferred

Ability to travel between Bedford, Lexington, Arlington and Woburn(mileage reimbursed)

Provide direct medical care as ordered by a physician

Educate and consult with individuals and staff on medical conditions, medications, and general health topics

Deliver individualized training and facilitate health and wellness groups

Assist individuals in accessing and utilizing community health resources

Guide individuals in understanding their medical conditions including symptoms, complications, and treatment options

Review medical documentation and provide care coordination and consultation as needed
