Requirements
High school graduation or equivalent AND one (1) year of chemical, clinical, or public health laboratory experience
Completion of a laboratory assistant course approved by the American Society for Clinical Pathology
Experience in a major medical hospital laboratory
Experience with a Laboratory Information System (LIS)

Specimen Processing Team

As a CLT 1, you will play a vital role in the diagnostic process of laboratory testing.
Whether you are processing and preparing specimens for testing, performing blood draws on patients, or providing excellent customer service, you are influencing the timely and accurate diagnosis of patients at UW Medicine and beyond.
