Responsibilities
Our team operates within the ‘Services Commercial’ group who are dedicated to driving growth and engagement of PlayStation’s subscription services.
This wider group strives to maximise new subscriber acquisition, improve subscriber retention, and provide a compelling reason for people to return to the service year after year.
Our core product, PlayStation Plus, is critically important to PlayStation’s vision and strategy.
This role reports into the Subscription Optimization team who are responsible for delivery, execution, Go-to-Market organization and optimization of processes, campaigns and initiatives across the ‘Services Commercial’ group.
The successful candidate will help shape how we engage PlayStation Plus subscribers – ensuring campaigns feel timely, rewarding, and aligned to what players value most in their subscription.
With a mix of creative thinking and analytical focus, you’ll support the delivery of campaigns across key touchpoints, including benefit messaging, upsell nudges, retention tactics, and major moments.
