The Suggested Improvement (SI) Operations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with Live Outage (LO) Technology Directors and Methods Managers to ensure the timely resolution and implementation of SI\u2019s and change requests. This role involves driving the prioritization and execution of SIs in alignment with business priorities, utilizing daily management tools for tracking and reporting progress. The manager will foster synergy between LO and Methods Content, ensuring comprehensive Read Across between products. Additionally, the role includes researching necessary content, identifying field opportunities, and coordinating with field resources to deliver high-quality solutions.

Build strong working relationships with the Technology Directors of assigned LO Technologies

Establish a working rhythm with LO Technology Directors and Methods Managers that allows for timely resolution and implementation of received SIs and change requests

Maintain ownership of all SI\u2019s and change requests for assigned LO Technologies from SI receipt to SI implementation

Drive SI prioritization and implementation in accordance with business priorities (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Customer/Strategy)
