Requirements
8+ years of experience in finance, digital transformation, or related fields, with substantial experience in implementing AI, automation, or robotics strategies
Proven experience in leading AI/ML, NLP, and Gen AI projects in a global, complex organizational environment
Ability to develop long-term AI strategies and translate them into actionable plans.
Technical Expertise:
Deep knowledge of AI technologies, automation tools, and robotics applications relevant to HR.
Proficient in data analysis and leveraging insights to inform strategies.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute a comprehensive AI+ strategy for the Finance team, aligned with SPGI's overall business objectives.
Identify and prioritize AI opportunities, across Finance processes, including creating a roadmap for AI+ initiatives, outlining key milestones, resources, and timelines.
Guide the implementation of AI technologies (including automation, robotics, AI/ML, and GenAI), ensuring they integrate smoothly with existing workflows and systems.
Lead the design and deployment of AI solutions that improve business performance, customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies across the Finance function
