Responsibilities

VSCO is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Onboarding Specialist to drive pipeline generation and support new customer activation during a critical phase of growth for our creative business tools.

You will be responsible for building a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and strong inbound follow-up, while ensuring new customers launch successfully and experience value early in their journey.

You will be a part of the Customer Experience Team and will also collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to share insights from leads and customers to help improve the overall go-to-market motion.

As a Sales and Onboarding Specialist, you are both a revenue driver and a trusted guide for new customers.

You approach onboarding with the same level of ownership as pipeline creation, ensuring every customer interaction is thoughtful, organized, and outcome-oriented.

Above all, you care deeply about VSCO’s community and are passionate about supporting its growth and success.
