High school diploma/GED equivalent required.

A two-year degree in related social services and/or two years of experience working in the field of developmental disabilities with supervisory experience preferred.

The

Program Supervisor

is responsible for coordination and management of the daily operations of the overall services in assigned programs.  The two priority areas of responsibility include ensuring orientation and ongoing training of employees and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible.
