Task Manager / Contract Manager

Demonstrated experience managing technical teams, projects, or service-delivery activities in a federal or DoD contracting environment.

Working knowledge of contract performance management, staffing, schedules, deliverables, risk management, quality control, and customer reporting.

Serve as the primary management point of contact for the Government, contract leadership, regional Senior Network Engineers, and supporting team members.

Coordinate the work of the CONUS, Pacific, and Europe teams, including priorities, schedules, dependencies, travel, surge support, and cross-regional technical escalations.

Provide leadership and administrative oversight to contract personnel while supporting clear accountability, collaboration, and timely issue resolution.

Monitor staffing levels, vacancies, onboarding, employee performance, training, certifications, and other personnel actions affecting contract execution.

Track deliverables, milestones, service levels, risks, issues, corrective actions, and customer commitments through completion.

Prepare and submit required status reports, performance updates, staffing reports, meeting materials, and other contract deliverables.
