Audio Visual Specialist

U.S. Citizenship.

An active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.

Professional experience supporting commercial or enterprise AV systems.

Experience troubleshooting audio, video, and control system components.

Familiarity with digital signal processing (DSP) equipment.

Experience supporting classroom or conference room technology environments.

Install, configure, and maintain classroom AV and VTC systems.

Troubleshoot projectors, displays, control systems, audio processors, microphones, speakers, and associated cabling.

Support wired and wireless presentation systems.

Perform preventive maintenance and lifecycle sustainment of AV equipment.

Respond to and resolve service requests within required timeframes.

Support system upgrades, component replacements, and configuration changes.
