IT Manager

12+ years building and maintaining IT infrastructure, with at least 2+ years in a formal or informal leadership/management role within a high-growth technology company.

Proficiency in managing Linux servers and Windows endpoints at scale, alongside deep cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and SaaS/PaaS/IaaS administration.

Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible), a passion for automation, and a solid understanding of TCP/IP networks, VPNs, and Zero-Trust architecture.

Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business outcomes for executive leadership and to provide empathetic support to internal users.

Active Secret or TS/SCI security clearance

CISSP, SecurityX, or similar technical leadership certifications

As the IT Manager at Striveworks, you will be the primary architect and guardian of the internal infrastructure that enables our elite engineering and data science teams.

This is a “player-coach” role: You will be challenged—and trusted—on day one to lead our IT strategy, manage vendor relationships, and mentor junior staff while also “rolling up your sleeves” to execute on hands-on technical projects.
