Executive Coordinator, Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer

3+ years supporting senior management in an administrative capacity.

Comfortable with AI tools, or eager to learn them.

The wage range for this role is $125,000 - $200,000 inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus. The expected base salary for this role is between 80% and 90% of this wage range.

This person will be a key partner in managing the CHRO’s time, commitments, and coordination, and will liaise often with senior leaders and teams across the department and the firm.

This is an "admin plus" role with room to grow — including applying AI to the office's work and taking on projects across the CHRO's agenda.

Serve as the CHRO's first point of contact for scheduling and administrative requests, representing the CHRO with internal and external stakeholders.

Partner closely with the office to advance strategic priorities and deliverables, keeping a clear and current view of where things stand.

Independently run and evolve department machinery and processes (e.g., department meetings, transparency, community, etc.).

Orchestrate and drive special projects, surfacing questions and trade-offs early to keep momentum.
