Utility Forklift Driver - Multiple Shifts Available

Ability to safely operate dock equipment, Forklift and pallet jacks, compactor.

Weight amounts may vary from 5 pounds to 50 pounds, any amount over 50 pounds requires physical or mechanical help. Continuous movement of arms and repetitious twisting motions of upper and lower back to move and reposition load(s), clean material off floor level.

Maintain and use as required all personal protective equipment (PPE)and other safety equipment provided.

This position reports to and works with the EHS Manager to assist in maintaining the facility cleanliness and waste management operations. Perform a variety of functions to control, separate, clean and maintain the compactor area, scrap metal areas, as well as general facility yard areas. Organizational skills and abilities to communicate efficiently and effectively are of paramount importance. Ability to maintain and take responsibility for the assigned areas.

Receive oral and/or written instructions from EHS Manager.

Separate and coordinate trash, cardboard, and metals to appropriate disposal bins.

Monitor trash and cardboard compactors to ensure no contamination.

Check material for defective conditions, report non-conformities to EHS Manager.

Safely move material to disposal locations
