As an experienced corporate Talent Acquisition Consultant and strategic Human Resources partner, you will play a key role in supporting a diverse client portfolio within a large, decentralized, multi-union healthcare organization operating in a complex, fast-paced, and evolving environment.

Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including requisition intake, posting strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer letter generation, and onboarding handoff

Manage recruitment data, metrics, and reporting to monitor time-to-fill, quality of hire, and process effectiveness

Support compliance with organizational, regulatory, and equity requirements across all recruitment activities
