As Vice President, Growth Activation, you will serve as a senior growth leader responsible for building, advancing, and converting Inizio Evoke's pipeline across pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations.

This role is focused on creating sustained enterprise growth by opening doors, shaping multi-disciplinary conversations, and positioning Inizio Evoke as a long-term, strategic partner across all of our capabilities in marketing and communications.

You will lead complex, high-value pursuits that span brand, business units, and enterprise stakeholders, working closely with Inizio Evoke leadership to activate the full breadth of our capabilities in service of durable and long-term client relationships.

This is a remote role reporting to the Global CEO.

Build and own the growth pipeline across our marketing and communications capabilities, identifying and advancing enterprise-level opportunities with the potential to mature into long-term, multi-brand partnerships.

Proactively engage senior decision-makers across brand, portfolio, and enterprise levels to uncover unmet needs, transformation opportunities, and whitespace aligned to Inizio Evoke's integrated capabilities.
