Supervisor, Implementation - Payments

Partner with the Implementation Manager to track team performance, client delivery metrics, and operational goals.

Serve as the escalation point for complex dealer issues, driving timely, professional resolutions in collaboration with your manager.

Proactively identify process gaps and champion solutions that improve dealer outcomes and implementation success rates.

Take ownership of client retention and dealer satisfaction across your team's portfolio.

4+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong preference for customer-facing or client implementation roles.

2+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting mission-critical solutions in retail or dealership environments.

As a Supervisor, Implementation – Payments, you'll play a critical role in leading the successful rollout of our payment facilitation services to dealership management system (DMS) dealers. Reporting to the Manager, Implementation, you'll manage and develop a team of Implementation Specialists, Project Managers, and Hardware Specialists, guiding them through every stage of the customer onboarding journey, from initial consultation and planning through testing, configuration, training, and go-live.
